Claim Procedure:

At the time of a motor vehicles please note the following:

  • the date, time and place of accident

  • the circumstance leading to the accident

  • the third party vehicle number and name of the driver

  • the name of the driver if driver is not the owner of the vehicle

  • the name of the third party insurance company and policy number

  • the detail of witness

  • take photographs of the damages

  • do not admit or discuss liability

  • do not allow your vehicle to towed away from the scene of accident by unauthorized personnel

  • report the accident to your authorized report centre

  • report the accident to the authority e.g police immediately if the accident involve any injury

Making own damage claim:

  • call your authorized insurance agent or insurance authorized centre for the list of workshop report the accident on the next working day

  • report it on the next working day

Making a third party claim:

  • Report the accident to your authorized report centre ( we will guide you where to make a report) with your damage vehicle

  • Do not accept any offer from the third party ( call us for damage quotation)

  • Do not accept towing service from the third party, towing company or workshop
